We accept self pay patients with the following fee schedule:

Medical New Patients $100

Medical Follow-Up Visits $50

Well-Woman Checks $125

Mental Health New Patients $175

Mental Health Follow-up Visits $75

Self Pay Testing/Pediatric Immunization Rates:

Pediatric Immunization Administration: $15 per injection

Strep, Mono, Flu, Pregnancy, UA Testing: $25 each test

12 panel Drug Screens: $50

Any other testing such as X-Rays and outside labs will be charged by that facilities self pay rate schedule.
